Functional rhino and septoplasty for deviated septum and nasal obstruction.

This 39 year old man presented with complaints of loud snoring and breathing difficulties. He had a significant deviated septum. Dr. Alford performed a septoplasty and nasal valve repair using an ear cartilage graft to restore a more funcional nose. The patient was very pleased with the aesthetic results. Patient also reports that he breathing much easier and is pleased with the form and function.
