Nasal Obstruction Repaired Before and After — Before and After

This lovely lady had a nasal fracture that left her unable to breathe through her nose. The proper structure for her nasal passages were crushed with the fracture. This is apparent from the base view where you can see the very narrow slits for openings of her nostrils. An open reduction of the nasal fracture and repair of the collapsed nasal valve with an ear cartilage graft both restored the ability for her nose to function properly and restored the aesthetic appearance she had prior to the injury.
