Nasal Reconstruction using Septo Rhinoplasty

This lovely lady was born premature and as a result her nasal bones failed to develop properly leaving her with nasal obstruction since birth. I reconstructed her nose and opened up her nasal passages using a rib graft for structural support. This surgery provided her with a beautiful functional and cosmetic result! She shared with us she is so pleased with the way she looks and is able to breath beautifully for the first time ever!
