Revision Rhinoplasty with Ear Cartilage Graft

After a previous rhinoplasty in another country this young lady came to see Dr. Alford because she felt people could see into her nostrils and her nose was tipped upward too much. She was also having trouble breathing through her nose. By harvesting cartilage from her ear Dr. Alford was able to restore the cartilage that had been overly resected in her previous surgery and correct the over rotation of the nasal tip.
