Breathing Beautifully with a Rhinoplasty

This patient disliked the crooked nature of her nose and also complained of difficulty breathing. The patient's goals were a smaller, more feminine, visibly straighter nose . These photos were taken 3 months post-op. The patient shared she was very happy with the appearance of her nose and that she could breathe beautifully!
