This patient was very concerned about the heavy appearance of her neck. She had liposuction of the neck, tightening of the platysma muscle and a facelift. These procedures created a slimmer more defined neck profile while eliminating the appearance of sagging neck muscles commonly known as turkey wattle. These photos were taken 1 year after surgery.
